The statements of anyone are always self-serving. You can't really believe what anyone says...because they will always say things to support their own interests, regardless of anything else. Just like the others, this administration probably also has many skeletons in its closet.

Americans, in general, are an angry, jealous lot. They are always ever-so-ready to assume the worst of people (just on the face of things, without evidence), glory in downfalls, convictions, anal rapes, etc., and hate anyone they perceive as having more than them.

Americans are never happier than when they are angry, have war to get involved in, or have someone to abuse. Sure, this guy was no good...not a good explanation as to why these kids went off...but, my god, the barbarity of so many Americans is astounding.
